Thyme Capsule Martini
A wintery martini with quiet depth. Chopin’s silky backbone gets lifted by dry vermouth, honey-thyme warmth, and a ginger kiss from Domaine de Canton.

Garnish: grapefruit twist
Honey, Thyme & Vermouth Syrup

fresh thyme sprigs

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir over ice until well-chilled.

Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Express citrus oils from grapefruit peel onto the surface of the drink. Fashion into a twist and drop into the glass.
Honey, Thyme & Vermouth Syrup

Combine ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly until fully incorporated – about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.

Fine-strain into an airtight container.

Store in the fridge for up to 1 month.
