Santa's Strawberry Helper

Santa's Strawberry Helper is a sophisticated sipper. It is a combination of muddled strawberry, elderflower liqueur, gin, yellow chartreuse and lemon.

Ingredients

  • 1 strawberry
  • 1½ oz Sipsmith London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • ¼ oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • 1 strawberry, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, gentle muddle the strawberry. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Double-strain into a coupe. Garnish with the strawberry.
