Pumpkin Pie Fizz

Ingredients

  • oz aged amber rum
  • ½ oz Averna Amaro
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz maple syrup
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp pumpkin purée
  • club soda

Instructions

  1. Dry shake all the ingredeints (except the club soda), then shake again with ice. Strain into a fixx glass and top with club soda.
