Pumpkin Pie Fizz
Servings 1 cocktail
Ingredients
- 1½ oz aged amber rum
- ½ oz Averna Amaro
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz maple syrup
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp pumpkin purée
- club soda
Instructions

Dry shake all the ingredeints (except the club soda), then shake again with ice. Strain into a fixx glass and top with club soda.
