Ingredients
1ozrye
1ozAmaro Nonino
½ozspiced cranberry syrup
½ozpassionfruit juice
½ozlemon juice
1dash Angostura bitters
Garnish: rosemary sprig
Spiced Cranberry Syrup
2cupsfresh cranberries
1¼cupswater
1¼cupsgranulated sugar
1cinnamon stick
2strips of orange peel2-inch thick
1/8tspsalt
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
Spiced Cranberry Syrup
Combine ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, then turn heat down to medium low. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not cook longer or the syrup will become jelly.
Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
