Ingredients
2ozCeder’s Wild
¾ozspiced cranberry syrup
½ozGimberginger concentrate
½ozlime juice
4ozclub soda
Garnish: orange flag
Garnish: two cocktail cherries
Garnish: mint bouquet
Spiced Cranberry Syrup
2cupsfresh cranberries
1¼cupswater
1¼cupsgranulated sugar
1cinnamon stick
2strips of orange peel2-inch thick
1/8tspsalt
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a shaker, excluding club soda, with ice and short shake.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with an orange flag with two cocktail cherries skewered between the orange. Finish with a mint bouquet.
Spiced Cranberry Syrup
Combine ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, then turn heat down to medium low. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not cook longer or the syrup will become jelly.
Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
