Ingredients

  • 2 oz Ceder’s Wild
  • ¾ oz spiced cranberry syrup
  • ½ oz Gimber ginger concentrate
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • 4 oz club soda
  • Garnish: orange flag
  • Garnish: two cocktail cherries
  • Garnish: mint bouquet

Spiced Cranberry Syrup

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • cups water
  • cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 strips of orange peel 2-inch thick
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker, excluding club soda, with ice and short shake.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with an orange flag with two cocktail cherries skewered between the orange. Finish with a mint bouquet.

Spiced Cranberry Syrup

  1. Combine ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, then turn heat down to medium low. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not cook longer or the syrup will become jelly.
