Ingredients

  • 5 oz non-alcoholic sparkling wine such as Töst
  • 2 oz Seedlip Grove 42
  • 1 oz honey ginger rosemary syrup
  • Garnish: orange twist

Honey Ginger Rosemary Syrup

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 ” fresh ginger peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  1. Add Seedlip Grove 42 and honey ginger rosemary syrup to a chilled flute glass. Stir to combine.
  2. Top with non-alcoholic sparkling wine and briefly stir.
  3. Garnish with an orange twist.

Honey Ginger Rosemary Syrup

  1. Combine honey, water, ginger, and rosemary sprigs in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring often, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit at room temperature until completely cool.
  2. Remove rosemary sprigs and ginger, store syrup in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three weeks.
