This hot toddy is made with a delectable lime and ginger gin from Quebec. The citrus notes are amplified with freshly squeezed lime, Cointreau, and mellowed with a splash of sage champagne syrup. The finished product reminds me of a tasty take on a certain off-the-shelf cold remedy.
