Ingredients
5blackberries
¾ozhoney rosemary ginger syrup
1½ozvodka
¾ozlime juice
2-3ozproseccoto top
Garnish: rosemary sprig
Honey Rosemary Ginger Syrup
1cuphoney
1cupwater
4” fresh gingerpeeled and sliced
½cupfresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions
Muddle blackberries with syrup in a shaker tin until jammy.
Add remaining ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Double strain into a chilled flute.
Top with sparkling wine.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
Honey Rosemary Ginger Syrup
Combine honey, water, ginger, and rosemary sprigs in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring often, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit at room temperature until completely cool.
Remove rosemary sprigs and ginger, store syrup in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three weeks.
