Ingredients
1ozpomegranate juice
¾ozgrapefruit juice
¾ozlemon juice
¾ozhoney rosemary ginger syrup
1dash Angostura bitters*
1egg white OR ¾ oz aquafaba
Honey Rosemary Ginger Syrup
1cuphoney
1cupwater
4” fresh gingerpeeled and sliced
½cupfresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake for 15-20 seconds.
Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Honey Rosemary Ginger Syrup
Combine honey, water, ginger, and rosemary sprigs in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring often, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit at room temperature until completely cool.
Remove rosemary sprigs and ginger, store syrup in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three weeks.
