1ripe pearchopped
2star anise
2cinnamon sticks
1” piece of ginger
1/4cupSt-Rémy VSOP brandy
1/4cuppear brandy
1ozlemon juice
1/2bottle chilleddry white wine
Club sodato top
Garnish: star anise
Instructions
Add chopped pear, star anise, cinnamon sticks, and fresh ginger to a French press. Pour in St-Rémy VSOP brandy and pear brandy. Let infuse for at least 20 minutes or until desired flavour is achieved.
Add lemon juice and 1/2 bottle dry white wine. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Depress plunger on French press and pour into an ice-filled tumbler.
