The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve Single Malt Scotch

Writer’s Tears Copper Pot Irish Whiskey

½
oz
pineapple juice
-
½
oz
lime juice
-
1
egg white
-
2
dashes Chili Espresso Bitters
or other spicy bitters

Garnish: 2 mint leaves

Add simple syrups and raspberries to a shaker tin. Muddle until jammy.

Add remaining ingredients. Dry shake (without ice) for 15-20 seconds.

Add ice, shake again until well-chilled.

Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with two spanked mint leaves.
