Lillet Lady Cocktail

  • 1 5- inch-long hothouse cucumber sliced
  • 6 oz simple syrup
  • 12 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 4 oz gin
  • 9 oz sparkling water
  • Mint springs for garnish

Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water


  1. In a blender or food processor, purée cucumber slices with simple syrup.
  2. Transfer to a large pitcher and stir in Lillet, gin, and sparkling water.

  3. Serve in ice-filled rocks glasses, garnished with mint sprigs.

Simple Syrup

  1. Combine equal parts sugar and boiling water, stir to dissolve, and store in fridge until chilled. Will keep in an air-tight container, refrigerated, for up to 2 weeks.
