Tropical Turmeric Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 2 oranges peeled, quartered
  • ½ cup shredded carrot
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne

Optional Toppings

  • starfruit
  • toasted coconut
  • chia seeds
  • raspberries
  • pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth. Smoothie will be quite thick, add more coconut milk for a thinner consistency. 

  2. Top with desired toppings. Serve immediately!
