Ingredients

  • 1 oz organic Nepal black tea chilled
  • ¾ oz cinnamon syrup
  • ½ oz grapefruit juice
  • 3-4 oz Non-alcoholic sparkling wine such as Töst or Silver Swallow Luxury Kombucha
  • Garnish: grapefruit twist

Cinnamon Syrup

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  1. Add chilled black tea, cinnamon syrup, and grapefruit juice to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a champagne flute and top with non- alcoholic sparkling wine.
  3. Garnish with grapefruit twist.

Cinnamon Syrup

  1. Combine sugar, water, and cinnamon sticks in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let sit at room temperature overnight.

  2. Remove cinnamon sticks and store syrup in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
