  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz cinnamon syrup
  • ½ oz Chambord
  • Garnish: mint sprig
  • Garnish: Chambord-soaked raspberries


  1. Add gin, lemon juice, and cinnamon syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

  2. Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
  3. Holding a spoon just above the surface of the drink, slowly pour the Chambord over the back of the spoon to float it in the cocktail.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig and two skewered Chambord-soaked raspberries.
