Ingredients

  • oz Georgian Bay Gin
  • ¾ oz Grand Marnier
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • oz vanilla syrup
  • 1 egg white or ¾ oz aquafaba
  • Garnish: sprig of rosemary

Vanilla Syrup

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake for 15- 20 seconds. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe or sour glass. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Vanilla Syrup

  1. Combine sugar, water, and vanilla in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
  2. Store syrup in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
