  • 4 oz boiling water
  • 1 oz Scotch whisky
  • ½ oz Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 sprig rosemary, tied into a wreath, for garnish (optional)


  1. In an Irish coffee glas, add honey, lemon juice, Scotch, and ginger liqueur. Top with hot water and stir. Garnish with rosemary wreath, if desired. Serve.
