Blood Orange Mojito

  • 3 to rn basil leaves
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 oz blood orange juice freshly squeezed
  • oz light rum
  • 2 oz soda water
  • 1 basil leaf


  1. Add basil, sugar and ½ oz blood orange juice into glass. Muddle with pestle or back of spoon. Add remaining blood orange juice, rum and top with soda and ice. Garnish with basil leaf.
