Ingredients

  • 1 oz Grand Marnier
  • ½ oz amber rum
  • 5 oz hot chai tea
  • 1 oz warmed milk
  • 1 tsp sugar optional
  • Clove-studded orange slices for garnish

Entertaining Size

  • 1 cup Grand Marnier
  • ½ cup amber rum
  • 5 cups chai tea
  • 1 cup warmed milk
  • 8 tsp sugar optional
  • Clove-studded orange slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. To a heatproof mug, add 1 oz Grand Marnier, ½ oz amber rum, and top with 5 oz hot chai tea. Add 1 oz warmed milk and 1 tsp sugar (optional). Garnish with a clove-studded orange slice.

Entertaining Size

  1. Add all ingredients to a thermos. Pour into heatproof mugs and garnish each with a clove-studded orange slice.
