New favorite drink. I think you should mix up a scuba tank full for our next BBQ.

  2. Okay, I’m always on the hunt for something new to try in the cocktail world. This has really got me intrigued!

How intriguing, Yvonne! I would have never thought to make a cocktail from celery but it makes perfect sense. I am so inspired! 🙂 Thanks for sharing. (and I have made beautifully dried pineapple garnishes for desserts in the past – another great tip from you to try them as a drink garnish.

  5. Wow what a unique flavor! So great for summer!

Hello. What is the shelf life of the celery juice and syrup (refrigerated obviously). Thank you.

    • Taste and Tipple says:

Hi Caroline, the celery seed syrup will keep well in the fridge for up to 2 weeks when stored in an air-tight container. The celery juice should also be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge but should be consumed within 3 days – shake well before using, in the event of separation. You could also store any leftover celery juice in an air-tight container in the freezer for 30-60 days.
